BOXERCISE

Our Boxercise group enjoys the high-cardio and strength training boxers use to keep fit.

Classes may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking pads, hitting and kicking punchbags, push-ups, sit-ups and more.

Boxercise offers a safe and fun training environment for men and women.

Class Times:

  • Mon/Wed/Fri, 8.15am – 9.15am

Fees: R130 per class per person

Requirements: Comfortable training kit and boxing gloves.
